Job Summary: Accounts Executive / Accountant

We are looking for an Accounts Executive / Accountant for our office.

The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting and compliance work for the company. Guidance will be provided wherever required.

Location Preference: Candidates staying near Vile Parle will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

The candidate should be able to do the following work:

- Maintain accounts and bookkeeping.
- Make purchase and sales entries.
- Help in finalization of accounts.
- Prepare and file GST returns.
- Prepare and file TDS returns.
- Assist in Income Tax return related work.
- Do account reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare day-to-day invoices.
- Handle basic back-office and correspondence work.

Qualification Required

- B.Com / Commerce Graduate / Accounting Graduate
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in accounts




- Valuable knowledge of Excel
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting entries

Skills Required

- Should be sincere and willing to learn
- Should know basic accounting work
- Should be comfortable working on Excel
- Should be able to handle routine office work
