Ward Nurse – Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Ward Nurse to join our hospital team. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, maintaining nursing records, and coordinating with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care and nursing support
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and records
- Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies
- Ensure infection control and biomedical waste protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients and attenders
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the ward

Requirements:

- B.Sc Nursing qualification
- Minimum 2 years of ward experience required
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive communication and patient handling skills

Pay: From ₹23,000.00 per month
