Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the school’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Create and publish engaging content related to school activities, events, student achievements, celebrations, and announcements.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos during school events, programs, assemblies, competitions, and activities.
- Shoot short-form videos, reels, interviews, testimonials, and promotional content.
- Edit videos, reels, photos, and other creative materials for social media platforms.
- Create visually appealing posts, stories, banners, and digital creatives.
- Coordinate with teachers and departments to collect updates, achievements, and event details.
- Cover school functions and prepare highlight videos for promotional purposes.
- Ensure all content reflects the school’s values, culture, and brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends and implement creative ideas to improve engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
- Support admissions and marketing campaigns through creative digital content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, or related field preferred.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Hands-on experience in video shooting and editing.
- Knowledge of editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Creative thinking with strong storytelling skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work during school events when required.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in social media handling, photography, videography, and content editing

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
