Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales operations across the assigned territory (South India) and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers in the footwear and leather goods industry.
- Identify and develop new customers, business opportunities, and key accounts within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
- Submit regular sales reports, customer visit reports, sales forecasts,



and territory updates to management.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and trade fairs.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience.
- Mandatory: Working experience in Footwear and Leather Goods Machinery Industries or extensive knowledge of footwear and leather goods manufacturing machines.
- Strong relations with South India footwear and leather goods manufactures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good commercial understanding with the ability to close business independently.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel, MS Office, email, and CRM/reporting tools.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
