- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau.
- Experience in designing and implementing interactive dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices to effectively communicate complex information.
- Ability to integrate Tableau with various data sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques to enhance the responsiveness of Tableau solutions.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau deployments and user access.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Tableau.

- This position is based at our BDC4C - STPI location.
