Purpose

To support project planning and execution by ensuring timely material planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and smooth flow of materials from procurement to dispatch, enabling efficient project delivery.

Role and Responsibilities

1 Material Planning & Flow Management

- Understand and manage the flow of materials for ongoing projects
- Plan material requirements based on project schedules and priorities
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid project delays

2 Coordination with Design Team

- Coordinate with the design team to obtain material lists and specifications
- Ensure alignment between design drawings and material requirements

3 ERP-Based Material List Preparation

- Prepare and upload material lists (BOM) in ERP system
- Maintain accurate and updated records of materials in ERP

4 Material Verification & Tracking

- Verify material lists with ERP data and approved drawings
- Track material status and highlight discrepancies or shortages

5 Purchase Coordination

- Coordinate with the purchase team for timely procurement of materials
- Follow up on material readiness and delivery timelines

6 Logistics & Dispatch Coordination

- Coordinate with logistics team for container planning and dispatch requirements
- Plan and schedule material dispatch as per project timelines

7 Project Coordination





- Work closely with project teams to ensure material availability at site
- Provide updates on material status and resolve coordination issues

8 Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain proper records of material planning, dispatch, and coordination
- Prepare reports on material status, dispatch plans, and project requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Logistics / Management or related field

Experience:
2–3 years of experience in planning, material management, or supply chain coordination
Experience in project-based / EPC / manufacturing industry preferred
Hands-on experience in ERP systems and material tracking

Skills:

- Understanding of material planning and supply chain processes
- Knowledge of procurement process and material indenting
- Experience in dispatch and logistics coordination
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Robust coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with document management systems and record-keeping practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
