What You'll Do

- Build and format PowerPoint presentations from scratch or from rough inputs — clean, professional, client-ready
- Work on 20-30 page Word documents (SOC packages, proposals, operational reports) — formatting, layout, text edits, version control
- Create basic marketing and sales collateral in Canva or similar tools — one-pagers, service sheets, brochures
- Conduct online research and organize findings into structured Google Sheets or Excel summaries




- Maintain a clean library of templates, documents, and digital assets — well-named, well-organized, easy to navigate
- Proofread all outgoing documents before distribution

What We're Looking For

- 1-4 years of experience in a KPO or BPO environment supporting consulting, investment banking, or professional services clients — pitch decks, market research, data organization
- Strong PowerPoint and Word skills — not just familiarity, actual formatting proficiency
- Comfortable with Canva or similar tools for basic creative work
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple documents and deadlines simultaneously
- Good written English — clear, concise, no fluff
- Research skills — can find, verify, and summarize information quickly
