We are looking for a customer-focused Holiday Consultant to assist clients in planning international and domestic holidays. The role involves handling inquiries, recommending suitable travel packages, creating customized itineraries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins, and online channels.
- Recommend and sell international and domestic holiday packages.
- Create customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into bookings.
- Guide customers on visas, travel documentation, and destination requirements.
- Maintain booking and customer records in the CRM.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in international and domestic holiday sales or travel consulting.
- Good knowledge of international and domestic travel destinations.
- Solid communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of travel booking systems is an added advantage.
