We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller for our brand, transforming complex ideas into high-impact visual assets. The ideal candidate is passionate about design trends, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses a strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility across digital and print media. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand designs that captivate our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Create eye-catching visual content for social media, email campaigns, and websites.
- Design marketing materials including brochures, presentations, posters, and advertisements.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints.
- Illustrate design concepts by preparing rough sketches, layouts, and wireframes.
- Edit, manipulate, and optimize images or digital assets for maximum visual impact.
- Incorporate internal feedback and stakeholder revisions efficiently into final designs.
- Test graphics across various screen resolutions, media, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers,



and project managers on creative campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest design tools, typography trends, and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 2-5 years of skilled graphic design experience, preferably within an agency or corporate marketing team. Fresher with good portfolio can also apply.
- Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing strong aesthetic awareness, clean layout design, and typography skills.
- Software Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Digital Tools: Familiarity with modern collaboration and digital design platforms like Figma or Canva.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate and justify creative design choices.

Pay: ₹10,216.51 - ₹34,559.81 per month
