Job Description

Experience: 7-10

- Should have at least 7 years' experience as a System Administrator in handling the technical issues.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, On-Premises, Office 365 experience, VMware etc.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills on all Windows OS, including servers.
- Handle hardware and software related issues reported by users.
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
- Certification from Microsoft or Cisco is an added advantage
- Active monitoring of the system and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
- Create and verify backups of data
- Respond and resolve helpdesk requests
- Administrate infrastructures including firewalls, databases,



malware protection software and other processes
- Monitor and maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, AV servers proactively
- At least seven years of experience in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 services and applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and related technologies.
- Robust technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, security, and compliance features, including Azure AD, Active Directory, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Conditional Access, Information Protection, and Compliance Manager.
