About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recruitment experience, with strong expertise in hiring for Digital Marketing roles. This role requires someone who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, build robust talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and timelines.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for Digital Marketing positions, including SEO, PPC, Content Writing, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Graphic Design, and related roles.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, communication, cultural fit, and overall suitability.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, collect feedback, negotiate offers, and manage the offer rollout process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for recurring hiring needs.




- Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate records in the ATS, and prepare regular hiring reports.
- Stay updated with recruitment trends, employer branding initiatives, and best hiring practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong experience recruiting for Digital Marketing roles such as SEO, PPC, Performance Marketing, Content Writing, Social Media, Graphic Design, Email Marketing, and related positions.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in agency recruitment or Digital Marketing recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the Digital Marketing ecosystem and various marketing functions.
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and hiring dashboards.
- Experience in employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced recruitment environment.
