Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to internet services in a professional and efficient manner.
- Lead, supervise, and support the customer service team to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Monitor team productivity, provide regular guidance, and ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records, update databases, and perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinate and manage back-office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare reports and collaborate with management to improve team performance and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria





- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve monthly performance targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or team leadership will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
