We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller who is fluent in both English and Punjabi and THIS JOB IS WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be responsible for reaching out to school principals and management teams to introduce and explain our educational tour services. This role is crucial for building relationships with schools and ensuring they understand the value of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact and engage school principals, administrators, and management teams to introduce and explain our educational tour services.
- Provide detailed information about our services, addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with school management to discuss collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain a detailed record of interactions and outcomes using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and strategies based on feedback.




- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and goals.
- Assist with other related tasks as needed.
- Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly with school management and stakeholders.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
