Position Overview

We are looking for a Banking Executive who will coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and customers to facilitate solar loan approvals and ensure smooth financial processing for residential rooftop solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for solar loan processing.
- Collect, verify, and maintain customer KYC and financial documents.
- Submit loan applications and follow up for approvals.
- Liaise with relationship managers, branch officials, and banking partners.
- Track loan application status and resolve documentation issues.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely project execution after loan approval.
- Maintain accurate records of loan files and customer documentation.
- Ensure compliance with banking and company policies.
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports on loan status and approvals.
- Provide customers with updates throughout the financing process.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance,



or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Loan Processing, or Retail Finance.
- Experience in Home Loans, Mortgage, Consumer Finance, Vehicle Loans, or Solar Financing will be preferred.
- Good understanding of banking documentation and loan processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and meet timelines.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of residential rooftop solar financing.
- Experience working with PSU and private banks.
- Customer handling and relationship management.
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
