Job Description – Executive (Fabrication / Powder Coating / Assembly Maintenance)

Position Details

Designation: Maintenance Executive

Job Purpose

To ensure maximum availability and reliability of Fabrication, Powder Coating, and Assembly shop equipment through preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities, minimizing downtime and improving overall plant productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Operations

- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Ensure minimum downtime and quick restoration of equipment during breakdowns.
- Monitor machine health and maintain maintenance records.
- Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities without affecting production schedules.

Fabrication Shop Maintenance

- Maintain Press Machines, Power Presses, Shearing Machines, CNC Turret Punch, Laser Cutting Machines, Bending Machines, Welding Machines, Spot Welding Machines, and Air Compressors.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

Powder Coating Plant Maintenance

- Maintain Powder Coating Booths, Reciprocators, Cyclones, Ovens, Conveyors, Pretreatment Systems, Compressors, and Material Handling Equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning of burners, temperature controllers, sensors, and electrical panels.

Assembly Line Maintenance

- Maintain assembly fixtures, conveyors, pneumatic tools, testing equipment, and utility systems.




- Support improvements in assembly line efficiency and uptime.

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain maintenance schedules, machine history cards, and breakdown records.
- Ensure spare parts inventory control and critical spares availability.
- Support ISO, Safety, and TPM audits.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience

- 3-8 years of experience in maintenance of Fabrication, Powder Coating, Assembly, or Engineering Manufacturing Plants.

- Experience in Sheet Metal Fabrication, Powder Coating Plants, Electrical Product Manufacturing, Distribution Board Manufacturing, or Engineering Industries.
- Knowledge of CNC, Laser Cutting, Turret Punch, Press Shop, Powder Coating Systems, Conveyors, and Assembly Equipment Maintenance.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
