We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QC Assistant to support our Quality Control team in ensuring product quality, food safety, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in quality control within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Perform routine quality checks and maintain accurate quality records.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards.
- Assist in implementing QA/QC procedures and documentation.
- Monitor production processes and report quality deviations.
- Coordinate with Production and QA teams to resolve quality issues.




- Support internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure laboratory equipment and testing instruments are properly maintained.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree/PG or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of QC experience in the food manufacturing/FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP, and food safety practices.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work at Bommasandra, Bengaluru.

Pay: ₹25,000.86 - ₹28,000.94 per month
