We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator who can manage client communication, handle escalations, prepare contracts and quotations, and coordinate project updates with all Site Engineers (SEs). The candidate should ensure smooth coordination between clients, execution teams, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client coordination and escalation management professionally
- Prepare and manage contracts, quotations, and project documentation
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and internal teams for daily project updates
- Maintain proper communication with clients regarding project progress
- Follow up on pending approvals, payments, and documentation
- Ensure timely sharing of project schedules and status reports
- Maintain project records, reports, and customer files
- Coordinate between design, execution,
and sales teams
- Support management in smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Good knowledge of quotations and contracts
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving and escalation-handling ability
- Positive coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of construction processes is an added advantage
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or customer handling
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
