About the Role

Torchit is expanding globally and is looking for a driven International Business Development Executive to identify recent markets, build partnerships, and drive international sales growth for our assistive technology products.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new international markets and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through research, LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.
- Build relationships with distributors, NGOs, hospitals, universities, and government organizations worldwide.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with international prospects.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements.
- Represent Torchit in international exhibitions, conferences, and trade events.
- Coordinate with product, logistics,



and operations teams for international deliveries.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Achieve international sales and partnership targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, exports, or international business development is preferred.
- Comfortable working with international clients across different time zones.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
