The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth by acquiring new customers, expanding business with existing customers, identifying current market opportunities and supporting the company's long-term commercial strategy.
This is a customer-facing role requiring strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen and the ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Quality and Finance to convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire recent customers across domestic & export markets
Build relationships with manufacturers, retailers, distributors & private label brands
Convert leads into long-term business partnerships
Develop domestic channels: Modern Trade, Institutional, HORECA, E-commerce & more




Represent Miltop at trade fairs and customer meetings
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Manage and grow existing customer relationships
Track competitors, pricing trends & market developments
Share insights to support business strategy and growth decisions

Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Key Accounts
Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
Experience in FMCG, food, ingredients or export business preferred
Ability to build relationships and close deals
Willingness to travel (domestic & international)
