Job Overview:
Role: E-Commerce Blended Process
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (In office)
Shifts: Rotational Shift (5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Offs)
Salary: ₹26,000 CTC
During Training - 18-20k Inhand
Post Training: 21-23k Inhand

Key Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of customer handling and voice support.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Ability to resolve customer queries professionally.
Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply!

Handle customer queries and concerns through voice/chat & email.
Provide timely,
