- Follow up on outstanding medical bills and invoices for US healthcare clients.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile customer accounts.
- Contact insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients to resolve billing issues.
- Update customer account information and maintain detailed records of all interactions.
- Collaborate with medical coders and billers to improve customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on accounts receivable balances and outstanding payments.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.




- Be comfortable with medical billing software and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role in the healthcare industry is typically required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
