- Data Matching: Compare bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts with internal financial systems daily or monthly.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Find, look into, and fix any gaps or wrong amounts found during the matching process.
- Communication: Talk with other internal teams or outside vendors to get missing documents, receipts, or approvals.
- Reporting: Make transparent summary reports and management information sheets to show account statuses.
- Closing Support: Help the finance team finish tasks smoothly at the end of each month
