Job Overview:

Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening and recruiting talent for positions on behalf of our clients.

The recruiter will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from initial client consultation to candidate placement.

The recruiter will also be responsible for growing and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.

Key responsibilities -

· Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements

· Proactively identifying and sourcing highly qualified candidates for positions through various channels, including networking, job portals, and social media

· Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to determine candidate qualifications

· Managing the recruitment process, including negotiating compensation packages

· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all clients, candidates,



and job openings in the company's database

· Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and revenue goals

Qualifications:

Freshers or Relevant experience in recruitment

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Proven ability to source and attract top talent

· Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software

· Robust attention to detail and ability to multitask

· Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
