Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to promote and generate business for Fixed Deposits (FD) and Recurring Deposits (RD). The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, generating deposit business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new customers for FD and RD products.
- Develop business through field visits, references, direct sales and local market activities.
- Achieve monthly deposit mobilization targets.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Explain FD and RD schemes, interest benefits and maturity details.
- Maintain proper customer and deposit documentation.
- Provide regular sales updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Banking Sales / NBFC / Nidhi / Insurance / CASA / Loan Sales preferred.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into customer

Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree
