We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying and selling properties, conducting site visits, and closing sales while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers.
- Negotiate property deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams for smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and current project launches.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
