About the Role

Techxonic Innovation is seeking a passionate and experienced Machine Learning & Data Science Trainer to mentor aspiring data professionals through hands-on, industry-oriented learning. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building, training, deploying, and mentoring end-to-end Machine Learning and Data Science projects while preparing candidates for industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical training in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Design and conduct hands-on sessions covering real-world datasets and business use cases.
- Mentor candidates in developing end-to-end Machine Learning projects.
- Guide students through the complete project lifecycle:
- Problem Statement Identification
- Data Collection & Cleaning
- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
- Feature Engineering
- Model Selection & Training
- Hyperparameter Tuning
- Model Evaluation
- Deployment using Cloud/Web Platforms
- Train candidates on deploying ML models using Flask, FastAPI, Streamlit, or Django.
- Guide students in deploying projects on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Mentor candidates on Git, GitHub, CI/CD basics, Docker, and version control.
- Assist students in preparing project documentation, reports, GitHub repositories, and presentations.
- Conduct mock interviews, coding assessments, and technical evaluations.
- Prepare assignments, capstone projects, quizzes, and practical assessments.
- Stay updated with the latest AI, ML, and Data Science trends and incorporate them into training.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Python Programming.
- Expertise in NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with Machine Learning algorithms:
- Regression
- Classification
- Clustering




- Recommendation Systems
- Ensemble Learning
- Knowledge of Deep Learning using TensorFlow/Keras or PyTorch.
- Experience with SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on knowledge of Statistics and Mathematics for Machine Learning.
- Experience with NLP and Computer Vision projects is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of APIs, Flask/FastAPI, Streamlit, or Django.
- Experience in deploying ML applications to cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Docker, GitHub, and basic DevOps concepts.

Project Deployment Experience

Candidates should have experience deploying Machine Learning applications using:

- Flask/FastAPI
- Streamlit
- Docker
- GitHub
- AWS EC2/S3
- Azure App Service
- Google Cloud Platform
- REST APIs
- Model Serialization (Pickle/Joblib)
- CI/CD Pipelines (Preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Science, or related field.
- Prior experience as a Trainer, Mentor, or Technical Instructor is preferred/fresher
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
