- Assess and identify students' learning and developmental needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), where applicable.
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and parents to support student progress.
- Monitor, document, and report student development.
- Foster an inclusive, secure, and supportive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with B.Ed. (Special Education) or an equivalent qualification recognized in Special Education.
- Knowledge of inclusive education practices, strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
