Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Operations

- Assist in managing the online store on Shopify
- Upload and update product listings, pricing, inventory, and product descriptions.
- Ensure product images and content are accurate and SEO-friendly.
- Monitor website performance and report issues.

Order & Inventory Management

- Track daily orders and coordinate with logistics partners.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse and packaging teams.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and order-related issues.

Customer Support

- Respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and website chat.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with courier partners regarding shipment issues.

Digital Marketing Support

- Assist in planning promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators.
- Schedule social media posts.
- Support influencer collaborations.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns.

Website Content Management

- Update banners, collections, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain product categories.
- Ensure website content remains fresh and accurate.

Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Track website traffic and conversion rates.
- Analyze product performance.
- Maintain operational dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets.

Administrative Support

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Manage documentation and invoices.
- Maintain organized records.
- Support the E-Commerce Manager in daily operations.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of Shopify or WooCommerce
- Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Familiarity with Canva is an advantage
- Understanding of Meta Business Suite and Instagram
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail, or marketplace operations.
- Freshers with robust learning ability and interest in e-commerce are encouraged to apply.
