Gadwal Weavers Society is looking for a proactive and customer-focused WhatsApp Chat & CRM Executive to manage customer conversations, WhatsApp video shopping, lead management, and CRM operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order-related queries.
- Schedule and conduct WhatsApp video call shopping sessions.
- Follow up with leads, pending inquiries, abandoned carts, and existing customers.
- Manage customer data, leads, and follow-up activities through CRM software.
- Coordinate with the sales, inventory, and billing teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Share product photos, videos, and digital catalogues with customers.




- Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Maintain daily reports on chats, leads, conversions, follow-ups, and sales performance.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in WhatsApp sales, customer support, CRM, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Good typing speed and strong written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet targets, and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in the textile, fashion, or retail industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
