We're a growing digital agency building websites, apps, and marketing engines for clients across India, the UAE, Oman, and Malaysia. From web and app development to UI/UX, SEO, and performance marketing on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn — we help businesses grow online. We're now looking for a Business Development Executive to help us reach and win the next wave of clients.

The Role

As our Business Development Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients across domestic and international markets. You'll find leads, pitch our services, build relationships, and close deals. This is a role with real ownership and a clear path to grow for someone who can sell with confidence and communicate with clarity.

What You'll Do

- Generate and qualify leads across India and international markets (UAE, Oman, Malaysia)
- Reach out to prospects through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Understand client needs and present tailored web development and digital marketing solutions
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Negotiate and close deals while building long-term client relationships




- Maintain the sales pipeline and report progress
- Coordinate with the delivery team for smooth client onboarding

What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication skills — the single most important quality for this role. You must be confident, explicit, and persuasive in both spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and handling objections
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and well organized
- A basic understanding of digital marketing and web services (or genuine eagerness to learn)
