Key Responsibilities:

- Collect quotations from vendors and suppliers.
- Compare rates and prepare quotation comparison statements.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with vendors for material delivery.
- Coordinate with stores, accounts,



and project/site teams regarding material requirements.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.
- Assist in vendor registration and database management.
- Monitor pending orders and delivery schedules.
- Support cost-saving initiatives through vendor negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
