Inside Sales Executive

Location: Vasai East
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of inside sales/telesales experience are preferred. Freshers with outstanding communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers via phone to generate sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Experience:



Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Support preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English, Hindi, and communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
