Accounts & Sales Assistant – Yamie Fine Jewellery

Location: Kadavanthra, Kochi

Yamie Fine Jewellery is looking for a smart, organized, and customer-friendly Accounts & Sales Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle invoicing, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with GST-related documentation and reporting.
- Support showroom sales by assisting customers and processing billing.
- Handle online customer enquiries via WhatsApp and other digital channels.
- Coordinate order processing and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with general administrative and office operations.

Requirements

- B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts or retail operations preferred,



freshers may also apply.
- Experience with Zoho Books is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Salary: Based on experience.
