Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and patient-centric Dermatologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating skin, hair, and scalp conditions, conducting aesthetic consultations, and delivering high-quality dermatological and cosmetic treatments.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Consultations

- Conduct detailed skin, hair, and scalp consultations
- Diagnose dermatological conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation

Clinical Dermatology

- Diagnose and manage common and complex dermatological conditions
- Prescribe medications and treatment protocols as required
- Monitor treatment progress and conduct follow-up consultations

Aesthetic & Cosmetic Procedures

- Perform aesthetic treatments including:
- Chemical Peels
- Microneedling
- PRP Therapy
- Laser Treatments
- Botox and Dermal Fillers (if trained)
- Skin Rejuvenation Procedures
- Acne Scar Treatments
- Hair Restoration Procedures




- Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols during procedures

Patient Experience & Clinical Excellence

- Deliver exceptional patient care and build long-term patient relationships
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient journey
- Stay updated on advancements in dermatology and aesthetic medicine
- Maintain high standards of medical ethics and professionalism

Qualifications

- MD / DNB / DDVL in Dermatology
- Valid Medical Council Registration
- Experience in clinical dermatology and aesthetic procedures preferred
- Strong diagnostic and communication skills
- Ability to manage patients with empathy and professionalism

Preferred Skills

- Experience with aesthetic dermatology and laser treatments
- Knowledge of advanced cosmetic procedures
- Solid consultation and patient counseling abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning

Compensation

- Competitive salary and/or revenue-sharing model
- Performance-based incentives
- Compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, and clinical expertise
