About the Role
Neeraj Communication is looking for a creative and result-oriented Marketing & Branding Executive for a new e-commerce platform focused on promoting and selling authentic Jammu & Kashmir handicraft products.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing, branding, promotional, and advertising activities to build strong visibility for the platform and connect J&K; artisans, products, and culture with a wider customer base.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies for the e-commerce platform.
- Plan digital and offline campaigns to promote J&K; handicraft products.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, vendors, artisans, and internal teams.
- Manage brand communication across social media, website, digital ads, brochures, and promotional material.
- Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Support product positioning, campaign planning, and promotional offers.
- Assist in photoshoot planning, product storytelling, and content ideas for handicraft products.
- Work on customer engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness activities.




- Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, and local stakeholders when required.
- Prepare campaign reports and suggest improvements based on performance.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, branding, advertising, or digital promotions.
- Good understanding of social media marketing, content planning, and campaign execution.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Creative thinking with an understanding of brand building.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online customer behavior.
- Ability to work with local vendors, artisans, and business partners.
- Candidate from Jammu or nearby location will be preferred.
- Knowledge of J&K; handicrafts, culture, and local market will be an added advantage.

Preferred Background

- Experience in marketing agencies, advertising firms, e-commerce companies, retail brands, handicraft businesses, or product-based startups.
- Comfortable working in a growing platform workplace with multiple responsibilities.

Qualification

Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising, or any relevant field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
