About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who specializes in editing engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of storytelling, social media trends, and fast-paced editing techniques that increase engagement and reach.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality short-form videos (15–90 seconds) for social media platforms.
- Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music.
- Create engaging hooks within the first 3–5 seconds.
- Color correct and enhance video quality.
- Sync audio, voiceovers, and music professionally.
- Design visually appealing text animations and on-screen graphics.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.
- Follow brand guidelines while maintaining creative quality.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and editing styles.
- Deliver projects within deadlines.





Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an added advantage.
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content formats.
- Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention.
- Basic knowledge of color grading and audio balancing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

- Motion graphics and kinetic typography.
- Thumbnail design basics.
- AI-powered editing tools experience.
- Knowledge of camera angles, framing, and social media algorithms.
- Experience editing healthcare, education, or business-related content is a plus.

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects (Preferred)

- Photoshop (Basic)
- Illustrator (Basic)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
