Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and publish daily social media posts, stories, and reels.
- Create engaging graphics, videos, and creative content for social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Write compelling captions and use relevant hashtags.
- Monitor social media trends and create trending content.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create promotional content.




- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar software.
- Creative thinking and content creation abilities.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and engagement strategies.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
