Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Project Management Trainer to deliver training sessions on Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of project management concepts and be passionate about sharing knowledge with learners. Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct interactive training sessions on Primavera P6 and MS Project for students and professionals.
- Explain project management fundamentals, scheduling techniques, and resource management concepts.
- Develop and update course materials, training manuals, and assessments.
- Assist learners with practical exercises and real-time project simulations.
- Evaluate trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest versions and features of Primavera and MS Project.
- Support the academic team in curriculum design and improvement initiatives.
- Maintain training reports, attendance records, and learner performance data.

Required Skills & Competencies:





- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Understanding of project planning, scheduling, WBS, resource allocation, and tracking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage learners.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to current tools or methodologies.
- Certification in Primavera / MS Project / PMP / CAPM (added advantage, not mandatory).

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Management / Computer Science / Construction / Civil / Related discipline.
- Project Management certifications (preferred but not required).
