We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while coordinating with clients, designers, production, procurement, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor interior projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Manage material procurement and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with the production and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and prepare project status reports.
- Resolve project-related issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Track project costs, variations, and documentation.
- Ensure timely project handover and client satisfaction.
