Houseit is looking for an energetic and professional HR Recruiter & Trainer to manage recruitment activities, employee onboarding, training, and workforce coordination. The candidate will also be responsible for sourcing influencers from different niches through calls, DMs, and social media outreach to support the company’s marketing and business growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, coordination abilities, and a strong understanding of recruitment and people management.
Roles & Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring activities
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities
Employee Training & Development
- Train newly hired freelancers regarding company processes and responsibilities
- Conduct induction and orientation sessions
- Monitor employee performance and provide improvement guidance
- Assist in maintaining a productive work setting
Job Specification Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good recruitment and interviewing abilities
- Confidence in calling, pitching, and influencer communication
- Strong coordination and people management skills
- Basic knowledge of social media and influencer marketing
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
Technical Knowledge
- MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and recruitment platforms
- Basic reporting and documentation skills
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Prior HR, recruitment, or training experience preferred

Employment Bond Policy
- The selected candidate will be required to sign a 2-year employment bond with Houseit.
- Candidates are expected to maintain professionalism, commitment, and continuity during the bond period.
