What are we looking for?

are looking for a dynamic skilled to spearhead the development and management of our NPS distribution network. This role involves recruiting and training corporate pension agents, driving NPS acquisition across both retail and corporate segments, and supporting branches and agents in achieving business objectives.

A key focus will be expanding the individual distributor base through:

Internal channels: Agency and ABP

External channels: MFDs, IPAs , CPAs, and agents/distributors from other organizations

What does the job entail?

Agent Recruitment & Training: Identify, onboard, and nurture corporate pension agents. Deliver regular training on NPS products, sales strategies, compliance, and lead management to build a high-performing network.

Business Development Support: Enable agents to source NPS business across retail and corporate segments. Provide guidance on prospecting, client engagement, documentation, and deal closure.

Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of NPS architecture, tax advantages, CRA/POP processes, and distinctions between retail and corporate NPS. Act as a subject matter expert to resolve queries for agents and branches.

Target Delivery:



Own and achieve monthly and annual NPS goals for subscriber acquisition and contributions. Monitor agent performance and implement corrective measures where needed.

Campaigns & Innovation: Design and execute local campaigns, webinars, corporate presentations, and innovative lead-generation initiatives. Collaborate with corporate teams for on-ground activations.

Operational Support: Serve as the primary contact for branch teams and pension agents on NPS-related queries, system issues, onboarding, and servicing. Liaise with central operations/CRA for resolution.

Work Experience

7–10 years in B2C and B2B channels, preferably within BFSI or Key Account Management.

Essential Qualification

Graduation ( MBA Preferd)
