We are looking for a CRM Assistant (Field) to support customer relationship management activities, customer follow-ups, lead generation, and field operations.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Visit customers and support field activities
- Collect and update customer information
- Generate and track leads
- Prepare basic reports and updates
- Coordinate with internal teams
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic MS Excel and smartphone knowledge
- Robust interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel locally
