Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day production activities in our modular furniture manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production workers, monitoring workflow, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that production targets are achieved within the scheduled time.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the modular furniture manufacturing unit.
- Manage and assign tasks to production workers and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor the production process from material preparation to final assembly.
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved efficiently.
- Check the quality, dimensions, finishing, and assembly of modular furniture products.
- Ensure production is carried out according to approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Design, Project Coordination, Purchase, Quality, and Logistics teams.




- Monitor the availability and proper utilization of raw materials and hardware.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues and delays.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly production reports.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and tools.
- Maintain workplace safety, discipline, and housekeeping standards.
- Train and guide production workers when required.
- Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Perform other production-related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in modular furniture, office furniture, or a related manufacturing field.
- Experience in supervising production teams and managing shop-floor activities.
- Positive knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
- Knowledge of furniture materials, hardware, fittings, and production processes is preferred.
- Good team management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet production deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
