Job Description:
CADCENTER IEE, Kerala's leading CAD & technical training institute, is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Course Adviser – Telecaller for its Corporate Office Ernakulam, The ideal candidate will play a key role in student counseling, lead generation, and admission conversion through telecalling and walk-in enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and clients.
- Provide accurate information about various courses, fee structures, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students and parents on career-focused technical and creative programs.
- Maintain and update CRM/database with student information and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth admission processes.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Assist in promotional and marketing campaigns as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English is a must (Hindi is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused attitude and a passion for education.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any degree (graduate or pursuing final year)
- Previous experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer service preferred.
