Job Summary:

We're looking for a driven Assistant Manager - Sales to hunt for corporate clients, build partnerships, and drive bookings for Manas Resort & Petting Zoo. If you're proactive, love meeting people, and want to hit sales targets - this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify & pitch Manas Resort to corporates, travel agencies, event planners for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events).

- Visit corporates, meet decision-makers, close deals, and ensure follow-ups.

- Build & maintain relationships with corporate clients, handle queries, and ensure repeat business.

- Suggest & implement strategies to boost sales & occupancy.

- Track sales activities, forecast, and provide reports to management.

- Work with Marketing for promotions, Front Office for bookings, and F&B; for packages.

Requirements:





- Relevant experience in 3-star/4-star hotels or resorts preferred.

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

- Commitment to driving sales through effective upselling and promoting resort.

- Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi.

- 1 month notice/Immediate joiners will be given preference.
