Job Overview:

We are looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Mother Teacher to join our team. As a Mother Teacher for young learners (Nursery to Grade 2), you will be responsible for teaching multiple core subjects—including English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies (EVS), and Creative Arts—while building a safe, supportive, and nurturing classroom environment that fosters emotional and cognitive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Instruction & Class Management: Teach foundational subjects (English, Basic Math, EVS, Art & Craft) using interactive and child-centric teaching methods.
- Child-Centric Learning: Design age-appropriate activities, games, story-telling sessions, and hands-on experiments to make learning fun and engaging.
- Holistic Development: Support children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth; help build good habits, etiquette, and self-confidence.
- Student Progress Tracking: Regularly assess each child’s development, maintain student portfolios, and record academic and behavioral milestones.
- Parent-Teacher Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, behavior,



and developmental updates during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Classroom Environment: Maintain a colorful, well-organized, safe, and stimulating classroom setting with creative display boards and Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs).

Qualifications & Key Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.), Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), Diploma in Primary Education (D.El.Ed), or NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) certification.
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Pre-Primary / Lower Primary or Mother Teacher (Freshers with strong ECCE/NTT credentials may also apply).
- Languages & Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills; gentle and clear voice modulation suited for young children.
- Key Traits: High level of patience, empathy, energy, creativity, and solid classroom management abilities.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer usage and familiarity with smart classroom equipment/LMS is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
