At YourDOST, we're looking for a driven and energetic Sales Manager to help build our sales pipeline through outbound prospecting. In this role, you'll connect with potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our Account Executives. Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, and close
- Engage with qualified inbound and outbound leads
- Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Maintain accurate forecasts and deal updates in CRM
- Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and delivery teams

Qualifications

- 3+ years of B2B sales or closing experience
- Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
- Solid discovery,



presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable selling via calls, video meetings, and demos
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Good to Have

- SaaS, tech, or services sales experience
- Experience selling mid-market or enterprise deals
- Familiarity with consultative or solution selling

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
