Job Summary:
Trusted advisor for clients; provides data-backed recommendations to optimize revenue and inventory.
Architects systems, leads the team in AI-first methodologies, and handles complex client change management.
Responsibilities:
- Independently handle clients (worldwide retailers/brands) with support from project teams to drive client success.
- Own overall client engagement through CXO interactions and showcasing value delivered.
- Understand client processes/requirements and deliver improvements with product + analytics.
- Mentoring juniors across multiple projects.
- Generate market intelligence: track industry developments, assess competitors, and gather feedback.
- Hire talent to strengthen the team.
- Support Business Development through pre-sales participation.
- Partner with Tech/Product on solutioning new product features and resolving escalations.
- Complex agentic architecture, AI methodologies & culture, executive AI translation, cross-functional AI leadership (architect/oversee complex multi-agent systems; establish playbooks and best practices for prompt engineering, AI-driven development, tool adoption; communicate ROI; troubleshoot complex AI-generated logic/structure issues).
Requirements
- Strong domain expertise in buying/merchandising/planning.
- 4+ years’ experience in retail/lifestyle/e-commerce.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- High energy, assertive, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Graduate degree from Tier-1 colleges.
- Proven ability to architect AI-enabled workflows with governance (human-in-the-loop checkpoints, review standards, safe tool adoption) and translate AI workflow impact into business outcomes for senior stakeholders (ROI, cycle time, accuracy, risk).
