- Possess a basic understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and device enrolments.
- Coordinate with the L2 team and vendors for issue escalation and resolution.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth IT setup for recent employees.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.
