Required Experience: 2+ Years of experience as a Software Quality Analyst

Work Location: Gurugram/Gurgaon – Work from office

Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE or M.C.A from a reputed college

Roles & Resposibilities:

- Strong understanding of STLC and SDLC.
- Analyze requirements (user stories, use cases) to design effective and detailed test cases.
- Create and execute manual test cases for functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Manage all testing activities (Functional, Regression etc.) and ensure their deliveries are aligned with project timelines.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or equivalent.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.
- Assist in creating test plans and identifying testing scope, objectives, and deliverables for each sprint/release.
- Participate in risk analysis and suggest areas requiring more extensive testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
- Provide QA support during development and release cycles.
- Prepare and present test execution reports,



defect summaries, and other QA metrics to stakeholders.
- Identify gaps in the current QA processes and suggest improvements.
- Learn and adapt to new testing tools or techniques as needed.
- Work directly with the clients and own the resolution of contentious issues.

Required Skill-Set:

- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of testing within an Agile/Kanban development workplace.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Experience testing across multiple platforms (web, mobile, and desktop applications).
- Proficient in API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.
- Experience in Non-Functional Testing like compatibiity, compliance and usabiity testing.
- Good understanding of databases with the ability to write and execute SQL queries for validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate expertise & rapidly incorporate new technologies wherever required.
